New England IPA
This New England IPA is a stone fruit extravaganza! This beer is fully saturated from head to toe, with an apricot top and a peach bottom. Could this be love? Mosaic, Bru-1, Nectron, and Dolcita hops.
FIELD DAY 7.6%
Franconian Field Beer
This afternoon sipper celebrates the bounty of a well-tended field. It is a robust ale brewed with a grist of malted wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Notes of almond, pear, and black pepper. Magnum, Crystal, and Tettnanger hops.
BLACK SEDAN 6.0%
Stout
There is nothing more intriguing than having a Black Sedan roll up in front of your house. We think this Stout is as intriguing. Copious chocolate notes, hearty backbone of roasted malt yet smoothly drinkable.

This beer is an English-style pub ale. Biscuit and caramel notes are the calling card of this classic style. Vista and Cascade hops keep the malt-driven sweetness in check.

American Blonde
An easy-drinking anytime ale. Golding and Saaz hops. Try it as a Pomegranate Blonde – on draft, in-house only.
ENDLESS SUMMER 5.2%
Kölsch
Is a Kölsch style ale. Smooth and full bodied yet light and refreshing. It is a beer that is very much an ale but also moon lights as a lager. A slightly heavy hand in the whirlpool brings out ample notes of citrus from our blend of traditional and non-traditional hops. Hallertau Mittlefruh, Wakatu and Northen Brewer hops.

Pilsner
Fermented as a Lager- the most popular beer style in the world. We brewed ours to export strength, using a blend of North American and European malts and hops. Vermont Magnum and Saaz Hops.
MY BEER TO BE 6.1%
IPA
A bright citrus aroma of Galaxy, golden raspberry and lemon meringue are the primary flavors elegantly bestowed upon an oatmeal cookie. Cryo Citra, Galaxy and Cryo Amarillo hops.

A toast to the East Coast balanced by a hit of hops. Bright, tropical and citrusy with a clean malt finish. Cryo Amarillo, Cryo Eldorado and Cryo Citra hops.
SPACE GHOST 7.1%
IPA
A Double Dry Hopped IPA brewed for a cruise around the Milky Way. Notes of guava, passionfruit and mango are provided by Galaxy, Rakau, and Krush hops. A juice box fit for the most discerning astronaut.
PINKY AND THE BRIAN 7.5%
New England IPA
A New England IPA brewed with this year’s Yakima Chief Pink Boots blend. It is a terrific combination of hops that balances resinous pine and deep berry terpenes. We fermented this beer with a yeast that we all find very peachy! Ekuanot, Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic hops.

An American take on the Emerald Isle classic. Hopped for an earthy start to a roasted finish. Fuggles hops.

New England IPA
This sessionable New England IPA is brewed crisp, hoppy and dry. A heaping dose of red winter wheat adds a touch of depth to this beers crisp finish. Hopped with Equanot, Hallertaur Blanc, Amarillo and Bru-1.
PATIO GARDEN 4.4%
Hefeweizen
A Hefeweizen brewed with the classic Bavarian original in mind. At 60% wheat malt this beer has all the expected characteristics. Bubble gum and pear esters combined with light pepper notes, full bodied yet as fluffy as a macaroon. Wakatu and Huell Melon hops.
